Featuring an American menu with Italian influences, Regatta honors the food of both Chef Anthony Labriola's past and present-inspired by both his upbringing by his immigrant parents, and a career spent re imagining and redefining "American" cooking and classics. The restaurant barkens back to Labriola's memories of long Sunday suppers with his Italian family, filled with memories of freshly grown produce from his family's garden that cultivated his own love for simply prepared dishes and pricise techniques. The kitchen brings to life the diverse menu that includes Labriola's take on American favorites and fresh seafood.
